Welcome to the home of Dementia Friendly West Berkshire (DFWB).
We are a group of individuals, volunteers and organisations including local businesses, the local authority, the emergency services, charities and more, who are committed to working together to make West Berkshire more dementia-friendly.
We work together with people living with dementia and their carers to ensure their voices are heard.
Our aim and purpose is to raise awareness of dementia, and increase the range and diversity of services available, reducing loneliness and isolation and increasing inclusivity and support.
We have pulled lots of information and signposting together in one place on this website to help make navigating the journey with dementia a little easier.
